Most of my clients aren't calling because they want to sell a house. They're calling because something in their life shifted, and now they have to figure out what comes next. A spouse passed, the kids live across the state, or the home they've been in for 30 years just doesn't work the way it used to. That's a heavy place to be, and it deserves more than a sign in the yard and a lockbox. I started specializing in senior transitions because I kept watching older adults get rushed through one of the most emotionally loaded decisions of their lives. Nobody was slowing down long enough to actually help them think it through. So that's what I try to do — ask the questions most agents skip, lay out the options honestly, and move at a pace that respects where someone actually is. My faith shapes how I approach all of it. I'm not trying to win a deal. I'm trying to serve people well, tell them the truth even when it's not what they hoped to hear, and make sure they feel genuinely taken care of through the whole process. That's what this work is about for me.
